SPECIAL PRESENTATION DRAWINGS OR MODELS FOR PUBLIC MEETINGS. The Professional shall be compensated as an additional service for all drawings and/or models that it prepares exclusively for public meetings deemed necessary by the Department and where such drawings or models are not specifically required by the permit or regulatory approval process. Drawings or models created under Basic Services shall not be an Additional Service.
