Special Provision for SSA Data. If Business Associate receives data from or on behalf of DHCS that was verified by or provided by the Social Security Administration (SSA data) and is subject to an agreement between DHCS and SSA, Business Associate shall provide, upon request by DHCS, a list of all employees and agents and employees who have access to such data, including employees and agents of its agents, to DHCS.

If Business Associate receives data from or on behalf of DHCS KHS that was verified by or provided by the Social Security Administration (“SSA dataData”) and is subject to an agreement between DHCS and SSAthe Social Security Administration, Business Associate shall provide, upon request by DHCSKHS, a list of all employees and agents and employees who have access to such data, including employees and agents of its agents, to DHCSKHS.

If Business Associate receives data from or on behalf of DHCS Covered Entity that was verified by or provided by the Social Security Administration (SSA data) and is subject to an agreement between DHCS and SSACovered Entity, Business Associate shall provide, upon request by DHCSCovered Entity, a list of all employees and agents and employees who have access to such data, including employees and agents of its agents, to DHCS.

If Business Associate BUSINESS ASSOCIATE receives data from or on behalf of DHCS that was verified by or provided by the Social Security Administration (SSA data) and is subject to an agreement between DHCS and SSA, Business Associate shall provide, upon request by DHCS, a list of all employees and agents and employees who have access to such data, including employees and agents of its agents, to DHCS. This ensures that BUSINESS ASSOCIATE is meeting the standards that DHCS and SSA require of DHHS while working with the DHHS as described herein.
