Special Provisions for Non-Consumer Use of Services. THE TERMS AND PROVISIONS OF THIS PART SUPPLEMENT THE OTHER TERMS AND PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ARE APPLICABLE TO YOU TO THE EXTENT THAT YOU ARE A NON- CONSUMER USER OF THE SERVICES. THE TERMS AND PROVISIONS OF THIS PART DO NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT THAT THE SERVICES ARE USED BY YOU, OR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED BY YOU, PRIMARILY FOR PERSONAL, FAMILY, OR HOUSEHOLD PURPOSES. IN THE EVENT THAT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND PROVISIONS CONFLICT OR ARE INCONSISTENT WITH ANY OF THE OTHER TERMS AND PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND PROVISIONS SHALL GOVERN AND CONTROL THE CONFLICT OR INCONSISTENCY WITH RESPECT TO NON-CONSUMER USE OF THE SERVICE.
