Special Provisions Relating To Female Members Who. Were Participating In the Plan as of April 30, 1973 A female employee who was a member of the Plan on April 30, 1973, and who, under the Terms of the Plan as constituted at that date would normally have retired at age sixty (60), shall retain the right to retire at any time between age sixty (60) and sixty-five (65) at her own option. That portion of her retirement income accrued or granted prior to May 1, 1973, will be payable on the basis of a normal retirement age of sixty (60), while the retirement income granted or accrued from May 1, 1973, will be payable on basis of a normal retirement age of sixty-five (65).
