(2) In respect of the information provided by NPS, Xxxxxx may fully and completely rely on such Products designated in connection with a Special Request are and/or, will be in accordance with all applicable Specifications. It is agreed and understood by and between the parties that Xxxxxx has no and shall not have any obligation whatsoever to undertake any controls, identity testing, or income inspections, in order to satisfy any Special Request.

After these dates, all attempts will be made to include your company in printed recognition, but cannot be guaranteed.
