Common use of Special Stipend Clause in Contracts

Special Stipend. Individuals employed in the positions listed below shall receive a special stipend of not less than the amounts shown. The SESE Board may, at its sole option, increase the stipend for any listed employment classification. If the stipend has been increased beyond the amounts listed below, the SESE Board may, at its sole option, reduce the stipend, but not below the amounts listed below. The SESE Board shall inform all employees of their stipend amount for the next school year by July 1 of each year. The stipend may be raised after this date but may not be decreased prior to July 1 of the next year.
