Common use of Special Testing Tools Clause in Contracts

Special Testing Tools. Contractor shall furnish all tools, labor and material which Contractor deems necessary to inspect any Deliverables, Work or material. Unless purchased by the City as part of the Project, Contractor shall provide all test equipment needed to verify Deliverables or Work at its sole cost and expense. The equipment provided by Contractor for performance test shall currently be certified as “calibrated” by the test equipment manufacturer, or its authorized calibration service agent. Unless purchased by the City, all test equipment shall remain the property of Contractor.
