Software Licenses Seller has all necessary licenses to use all material third-party software used in connection with the Purchased Assets, and to Sellers’ knowledge, Sellers’ use of third-party software does not infringe the rights of any Person or Entity.

LAWS, LICENSES, PERMITS AND REGULATIONS Contractor and County agree to comply with all State laws and regulations that pertain to construction, health and safety, labor, minimum wage, fair employment practice, equal opportunity, and all other matters applicable to Contractor and County, their sub-grantees, Contractors, or subcontractor, and their work. LICENSES, PERMITS, ETC (a) The Company and its Subsidiaries own or possess all licenses, permits, franchises, authorizations, patents, copyrights, proprietary software, service marks, trademarks and trade names, or rights thereto, that individually or in the aggregate are Material, without known conflict with the rights of others.
Required Licenses All parties of this Agreement, including but not limited to, Contractor, Subcontractor, other sub-contractors, and all parties' direct or indirect employees and agents shall be licensed in accordance with respective State laws where the individual is performing their trade or service. All individuals under this agreement shall be regulated by their respective licensing board which has jurisdiction to investigate complaints made by any third (3rd) parties.
