SERVICE WORK. 35.1 An employee required to perform service work outside normal working hours for breakdown, accident or other emergency work shall be paid at the rate of double time (200%).
35.2 The calculation of the period of time of duty shall include only the time reasonably occupied in travel or work between the time of the employee’s departure from his/her normal place of residence and the time of their return thereto provided that: in the case of the first all-back in any one day an employee shall be paid as for at least a period of Two (2) hours at the rate of double time; and in the case of each subsequent call- back in the same day as for at least a period of One (1) hour whether occurring within Two (2) hours of the first call-back or not.
35.3 Where an employee is required to be on call outside the ordinary hours of work, he/she shall be readily contactable by telephone at all relevant times during such stand-by and shall be entitled to an Allowance as per Table A2 Appendix A – Allowance table, for the following:
(a) Permanent stand-by on roster.
(b) For other than permanent stand-by on roster each Monday to Friday per night.
(c) For other than permanent stand-by on roster for each Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday.
(d) An employee’s telephone rental to be paid by the employer.
SERVICE WORK. In addition to the above described activities, Probationary and Tenured Professors are expected to participate in college service activities. Service work includes activities performed by professors for the College excluding teaching assignments as described above and professional development as described in 5.4. Examples of service work include serving on regular or ad-hoc committees, advising student clubs, participating in accreditation, and other non-instructional assignments. In lieu of carrying out these service activities, by mutual agreement between the professor and the appropriate Vice President, the Professor may teach one additional 5 credit course or equivalent annually.
SERVICE WORK. The Company has the right to contract out service work. However, the Company agrees its Technical Employees will continue to be its primary providers of service work.

SERVICE WORK. 19.01 Service work performed under this Agreement will be paid as per the provisions of Articles 21, 23 and 24.
19.02 Overtime on service work will be paid as per Article 8.07, and any hours worked as overtime will be paid at one and one-half (1 ½) times the employees basic hourly rate.

SERVICE WORK. This is a marine storage contract only. Any additional services such as vessel winterization, shrink-wrap, maintenance, and repair work, or other services available at the Marina will only be done when properly contracted for and paid for in advance. This can only be done through the Humbug Marina Service Department and by the proper execution of proper forms and payment of the estimated cost of the service in advance. Any service desired is the Watercraft Owner’s responsibility to confirm the service requested and completion of the same. Any questions concerning this paragraph should be directed to the Marina Service Department.

SERVICE WORK. In the event that the Licensee wishes the Licensor to undertake any service work secured by the Licensee, the Licensee shall sub-contract with the Licensor in accordance with separate agreement(s) that meet the specific requirements of the work and at the Licensor's applicable commercial rates at the time of execution of the separate agreement.
SERVICE WORK. Servicemen shall be rotated to provide only necessary crews and may be required to work any regular schedule consisting of consecutive days between Monday and Saturday inclusive. Schedules of work may be arranged to coincide with office hours.
