Common use of Specialty Assignment Clause in Contracts

Specialty Assignment. ‌ A Specialty Assignment is an essential moment or effect which is integral to the plot and/or the Artistic integrity of the production. A Specialty Assignment includes the similar parts performed by multiple Artists which generally meet the following criteria: same scene, similar blocking, and do not involve a significant new skill. Any given Specialty Assignment may not involve appearing in more than three (3) scenes.
