Specific Benefits. 1. Tenure, probationary, temporary, and partial assignments a. Only tenured academic employees shall be eligible to apply for sabbatical leave. b. All such employees shall be granted twelve (12) days of personal leave on the first day his/her assignment begins. After three (3) quarters of employment such leave shall accumulate at a rate of four (4) days per quarter for full-time employees to be credited on the first day of each quarter (pro-rata for partially contracted academic employees). No combination of circumstances shall result in an employee earning more than twelve
