Specification of Electrical Energy Delivery. a) The generation voltage from the Solar Photovoltaic Grid Interactive Power Project of M/s. is KV. It uses unit connection of generator, generator transformer and unit transformer. b) The generated power at KV will be stepped up to KV at the Project Site and connected KV at for the purpose of interconnection with the Grid System. 1. Consent from the GETCO / CTU for the evacuation scheme for evacuation of the power generated by the MW Solar Photovoltaic Grid Interactive Power Projects. 2. Approval of the Electrical Inspectorate, Government of Gujarat for commissioning of the transmission line and the solar project installed at the Project Site. 3. Certificate of Commissioning of the Solar Photovoltaic Grid Interactive Power Project issued by GEDA. 4. Permission from all other statutory and non-statutory bodies required for the Project 5. Clearance from Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, if required a) Documentary Evidence of achieving complete tie-up of Project Cost through internal accruals or through external Financing Agency b) Connectivity arrangement with GETCO and/or CTU, if applicable and requisite consent for Power Evacuation from GETCO and/or CTU, if applicable confirming technical feasibility of connectivity of the Solar Power Project upto the Delivery Point. c) Evidence of clear possession of the required land for the Project along with the following documentary evidence:- (i) Ownership of lease hold and possession of 100% (hundred per cent) of the required land for the Project in the name of Solar Project Developer (ii) Certificate by the concerned and competent revenue / registration authority for acquisition / ownership / right to use / vesting of land in the name of Solar Project Developer (iii) No Objection Certificate / Environmental clearance (if applicable) for the Project. (iv) Forest Clearance (if applicable) for the land for the Project. (v) Approval for Water from the concerned authority (if applicable) required for the Project. (vi) Sworn affidavit from the authorized person listing the details of the land and certifying total land required for the project under clear possession of the successful bidder. (vii) The technology adopted as per Annexure A of RfS. Note: (i) If the Power Producers chooses to declare the location / substiaon details upfront at the time of siging of PPA, the Power Producer may be allowed to change the location(s) upto twelve (12) months from the date of execution of PPA subject to the condition that the timelines for commissioning i.e. the SCOD shall not be changed and consequences of delay in commissioning shall be solely to the account of the Power Producer. (ii) The Power Producer shall be solely responsible for getting the connectivity within the period of 12 months from the date of execution of PPA.

Note: (i) If The Power Producer shall be solely responsible for getting the Power Producers chooses to declare connectivity within the location / substiaon details upfront at period of 7 months from the time date of siging execution of PPA, the (ii) The Power Producer may be allowed to change the location(s) upto twelve Seven (127) months from the date of execution of PPA subject to the condition that the timelines for commissioning i.e. the SCOD shall not be changed and consequences of delay in commissioning shall be solely to on the account of the Power Producer. (ii) The Power Producer shall be solely responsible for getting the connectivity within the period of 12 months from the date of execution of PPA.

All components of the PV plant shall be in accordance with technical specifications given in relevant IS/IEC Standards. The design and commissioning also shall be as per latest IEC/IS standards.
