Authorized Test Centres Sample Clauses

The 'Authorized Test Centres' clause defines which facilities or locations are officially permitted to conduct specific tests or assessments under the agreement. Typically, this clause lists or references the approved centres, sets out the criteria for authorization, and may outline the process for adding or removing centres from the list. By clearly specifying where testing can occur, the clause ensures quality control, maintains standardization, and prevents unauthorized or unqualified entities from performing critical evaluations.
