CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT The contractor shall at all times observe and comply with federal and State laws, local laws, ordinances, orders, and regulations existing at the time of or enacted subsequent to the execution of this contract which in any manner affect the completion of the work. The contractor shall indemnify and save harmless the agency and all its officers, representatives, agents, and employees against any claim or liability arising from or based upon the violation of any such law, ordinance, regulation, order or decree by an employee, representative, or subcontractor of the contractor.

Terms and Conditions of Use NASCAR shall have the right to use and sublicense PROMOTER’s Marks in connection with publicity, promotion or advertising of the Event and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, and the exploitation of Live Broadcast Rights and Ancillary Rights, provided, however, that NASCAR shall not, without the prior written consent of PROMOTER, use or sublicense the use of PROMOTER’s Marks on the branding of any retail package product, unless otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement.

Terms and Conditions of Offer This is an offer to purchase the Property in accordance with the above-stated terms and conditions of this Agreement. If at least one, but not all, of the Parties initial such pages, a counteroffer is required until an agreement is reached. The Seller has the right to continue to offer the Property for sale and to accept any other offer at any time prior to notification of acceptance. If this offer is accepted and the Buyer subsequently defaults, the Buyer may be responsible for payment of licensed real estate agent(s) compensation. CONDITIONS OF WORK 4.1 The Contractor shall carefully examine and study the conditions under which the Work is to be performed and the site of the Work, and compare the Contract Documents with each other and to information furnished by the University including but not limited to the plans and specifications, the form of the Contract, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, General Requirements, Bonds and all other Contract Documents associated with the Work.
