SPECIFICATIONS AND DESIGN. 12.1. The Consultant shall prepare all the specifications and designs using systems which are generally accepted and acknowledged, acceptable by PRASA, and taking into consideration the latest standards in terms of design elaboration. 12.2. The Consultant shall make sure that the specifications and designs and all the documents related to the procurement of products and services under the project are prepared based on impartial criteria, with a view to promoting the competitiveness among bidders.
