Specifications for Building Standard Components. Landlord has established specifications (the “Specifications”) for the Building standard components to be used in the construction of the Suite 201 Third Expansion Space Improvements in the Premises which Specifications have been received by Tenant. Unless otherwise agreed to by Landlord, the Suite 201 Third Expansion Space Improvements shall comply with the Specifications. Landlord may make changes to the Specifications from time to time.
