Notice of Completion; Copy of Record Set of Plans Within twenty (20) days after completion of construction of the Improvements, Tenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located in accordance with Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord upon such recordation. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same as Tenant’s agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within one hundred twenty (120) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the Premises.
Notice of Completion Promptly after the completion of the distribution of the Securities by the Underwriters, the Representatives shall deliver to the Company a notice in writing confirming the completion of the distribution (the “Notice of Completion”).

Auction Schedule; Method of Submission of Orders (a) The Fund and the Auction Agent shall conduct Auctions for Preferred Shares in accordance with the schedule set forth below. Such schedule may be changed at any time by the Auction Agent with the consent of the Fund, which consent shall not be withheld unreasonably. The Auction Agent shall give notice of any such change to BD. Such notice shall be received prior to the first Auction Date on which any such change shall be effective. Time Event ---- -----
APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS The Plans and Specifications will conform to the requirements and conditions set out by applicable law or any effective restrictive covenant, and to all governmental authorities which exercise jurisdiction over the Leased Premises or the construction thereon.
Delivery Schedule The scheduled months of delivery of the Aircraft are listed in the attached Table 1. Exhibit B describes certain responsibilities for both Customer and Boeing in order to accomplish the delivery of the Aircraft.
Notice of Extension (a) If the Institutional Trustee is the only registered Holder of the Debentures at the time the Company selects an Extended Interest Payment Period, the Company shall give written notice to the Regular Trustees, the Institutional Trustee and the Trustee of its selection of such Extended Interest Payment Period one Business Day before the earlier of (i) the next succeeding date on which Distributions on the Trust Securities issued by the Trust are payable, or (ii) the date the Trust is required to give notice of the record date, or the date such Distributions are payable, to the New York Stock Exchange or other applicable self-regulatory organization or to holders of the Preferred Securities issued by the Trust, but in any event at least one Business Day before such record date.
Notice of Events As soon as Guarantor obtains knowledge thereof, Guarantor shall give Guarantied Party written notice of any condition or event which has resulted in (a) a material adverse change in the financial condition of Guarantor or Company or (b) any Event of Default or Potential Event of Default.
Tenant Estoppel Certificate Please refer to the documents described in Schedule 1 hereto, (the “Lease Documents”) including the “Lease” therein described; all defined terms in this Certificate shall have the same meanings as set forth in the Lease unless otherwise expressly set forth herein. The undersigned Tenant hereby certifies that it is the tenant under the Lease. Tenant hereby further acknowledges that it has been advised that the Lease may be collaterally assigned in connection with a proposed financing secured by the Property and/or may be assigned in connection with a sale of the Property and certifies both to Landlord and to any and all prospective mortgagees and purchasers of the Property, including any trustee on behalf of any holders of notes or other similar instruments, any holders from time to time of such notes or other instruments, and their respective successors and assigns (the “Beneficiaries”) that as of the date hereof:
