Common use of Specifications of Work Clause in Contracts

Specifications of Work. The Contractor agrees to perform the Specifications of Work as described in Rider A, hereby incorporated by reference. Rider A provides a suite of services offered by the Contractor to the University. As required by the University institutions, the parties will develop jointly specific Services Engagement documents. The required format of this document is detailed in Rider D. The document will be governed by all the terms in this agreement; except that the engagement administrator for purposes of managing the service deliverables may be different than this Agreement Administrator and the term may be different than the term of the agreement but may not extend beyond this Agreement termination date. The Services Engagement document will be fully executed by the parties. Institutions may execute more than one agreement for services to support their needs over the term of this Agreement
