Specified Charges. If and to the extent required by the Transmission Owner, after the Initial Operation of the Generating Facility or Merchant Transmission Facility, Project Developer shall pay one or more of the types of recurring charges described in this section to compensate the Transmission Owner for costs incurred in performing certain of its obligations under this Appendix 2. All such charges shall be stated in Schedule E of the Generator Interconnection Agreement. Permissible charges under this section may include:
