Spend Under Management. For each Framework Year during the Term, the Supplier will assist the Authority in achieving a minimum of 2% increase in spend growth via new customers . Achieved 2 % increase in spend growth via new customer growth confirmed by the Authority. Supplier will respond to all requests to participate in Further Competitions Procedures to which they are invited within 5 Working Days of invitation.
