Spend Under Management. Throughout the Framework Period the Supplier will aim to achieve an increase of Spend as agreed with the Authority through the onboarding and transitioning of new Contracting Bodies onto this Framework Agreement. This will be measured six Months after the Framework Commencement Date and each Year thereafter.
