Sponsor Documents. Each of the covenants of the Sponsor set forth in the Sponsor Documents is hereby incorporated in this Agreement by this reference as if fully set forth herein. The Sponsor shall comply with all material terms and conditions of each Sponsor Document to which it is a party or by which it is bound and shall not, without the prior consent of Xxxxxxx Mac, provide directions or consents to the Bond Trustee or the Issuer except as otherwise permitted pursuant to the terms hereof and of the Servicing Agreement.
