Sponsor Notification Responsibilities. The Sponsor shall notify in writing the 23 School’s governing board, the School principal and the FDOE if the Charter is 24 immediately terminated. The notice shall identify the specific issues that resulted 25 in the immediate termination including the particular facts and circumstances 26 indicating that an immediate and serious danger to the health, safety, or welfare of 27 the School’s students exists and evidence of prior notification of issues resulting 28 in the immediate termination when appropriate. The School may still be 29 terminated upon ninety (90) calendar days notice or non-renewed during the 30 pendency of an appeal of an immediate termination.

The notice shall state in reasonable 24 detail the grounds for non­renewal or termination and stipulate that the 25 School’s governing body may, within 14 calendar days after receiving the 26 notice, request a hearing before the Sponsor. The Sponsor may send in 27 financial and/or instructional experts to advise and assist the School in 28 improving the conditions stated in the notice of termination. Failure to 29 cooperate, or failure to significantly improve the noted conditions, shall 30 also constitute good cause for termination.

  • Reporting Responsibilities The IRA Owner agrees to provide the Custodian with information necessary for the Custodian to prepare any reports required under Code Sections 408(i), 408A(d)(3)(D), and Regulations Sections 1.408-5 and 1.408-6. The Custodian agrees to submit reports to the IRS and the IRA Owner (or Beneficiary(ies) upon the IRA Owner’s death) as prescribed by the IRS and such additional reports as the Custodian may choose to deliver. The Custodian shall furnish annual calendar-year reports concerning the status of the IRA and such information concerning required minimum distributions as is prescribed by the Commissioner of the IRS.

  • FACILITY RESPONSIBILITIES (1) The Facility will retain responsibility for the care of its clients and will maintain administrative and professional supervision of students insofar as their presence and program assignments affect the operation of the Facility and its care, direct and indirect, of its clients. No provision of this MOU shall prevent any Facility client from requesting not to be a teaching client or prevent any member of the Facility’s staff from designating any client as a non-teaching client.
