Sponsor Trademarks/Sponsor Materials. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sponsor grants to The Nut House the right to use Sponsor's trademarks, trade names, and logo designs and company descriptions as prepared and delivered to The Nut House by Sponsor (“Sponsor Materials”), in any medium of advertising, marketing materials, and/or promotional goods distributed solely in conjunction with the Event and in accordance with Sponsor's trademark usage guidelines.
Sponsor Trademarks/Sponsor Materials. Sponsor grants to Maryland REALTORS® the right to use Sponsor's trademarks, trade names, and logo designs and company descriptions as prepared and delivered to Maryland REALTORS® by Sponsor (“Sponsor Materials”), in any medium of advertising, marketing materials, and/or promotional goods distributed in conjunction with the Event and in accordance with Sponsor's trademark usage guidelines. This Section 2 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.
Sponsor Trademarks/Sponsor Materials. 3.1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Sponsor/Exhibitor grants to the Organiser the right to use the Sponsor's/Exhibitor’s trademarks, trade names, and logo designs and company descriptions as prepared and delivered to the Organiser by the Sponsor/Exhibitor, in any medium of advertising, marketing materials, and/or promotional goods distributed solely in conjunction with the CIS 2019 and in accordance with Sponsor's/Exhibitor’s trademark usage guidelines.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, Sponsor grants EDGE22 the right to use Sponsor’s trademarks, trade names, logo designs and company descriptions as prepared and delivered to EDGE22 by Sponsor, in any medium of advertising, marketing materials, and/or promotional goods distributed solely in conjunction with the event and in accordance with Sponsor’s trademark usage guidelines. MUTUAL COOPERATION EDGE22 shall make every effort to satisfy the terms of this agreement and exceed sponsor expectations. Should circumstances require changes in the above, EDGE22 will work with Sponsor to ensure the highest Sponsor value is achieved. Sponsor agrees to provide timely submission of required information (logo, website materials, artwork and agreed collateral).

Sponsor grants to Orion a non-exclusive license to use Sponsor’s trademarks, trade names, logo designs, and other company descriptions as prepared and delivered to Orion by Sponsor (collectively, “Sponsor Materials”), in any medium of advertising, marketing materials, and/or promotional goods distributed in conjunction with the Event.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sponsor grants to OSO Inc. the right to use Sponsor's trademarks, trade names, and logo designs and company descriptions as prepared and delivered to OSO Inc. by Sponsor (“Sponsor Materials”), in any medium of advertising, marketing materials, and/or promotional goods distributed solely in conjunction with the Event and in accordance with Sponsor's trademark usage guidelines.
Sponsor Trademarks/Sponsor Materials. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sponsor grants to Hillendale the right to use Sponsor’s trademarks, trade names and logo designs and company descriptions as prepared and delivered to Hillandale by Sponsor, for the sponsor sign to be attached to the actual tee sign (see attached example) and other promotional material in accordance with Sponsor’s trademark usage guidelines. Hillendale has the final approval of all signage design, colors and wording.

RCC has the final approval of all signage design, colors, and wording.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sponsor grants to BRICKELL WINE AND FOOD FESTIVAL, LLC. the right to use Sponsor's trademarks, trade names, and logo designs and company descriptions as prepared and delivered to BRICKELL WINE AND FOOD FESTIVAL, LLC. by Sponsor(“Sponsor Materials”), in any medium of advertising, marketing materials, and/or promotional goods distributed solely in conjunction with the Event and in accordance with Sponsor's trademark usage guidelines.
