SPONSORSHIP OBLIGATIONS AND BENEFITS. (a) For its participation as a Sponsor in the Event, Sponsor shall pay to Maryland REALTORS® a fee (the "Sponsorship Fee") at the level and in the amount set forth below next to Sponsor’s initials. The Sponsorship Fee is due no later than two (2) business days after the Effective Date and shall be made by check payable to Maryland REALTORS® or by credit card. INITIAL ONE: UNIVERSAL: $3,500 WORLDWIDE: $2,500 INTERCONTINENTAL: $1,500 MARYLAND: $1,000 CHESAPEAKE: $500

  • Termination and Severance Pay Employees who terminate their employment with the City for any reason shall have their termination pay computed in the following manner.

  • PRESENT CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS All rights, benefits and working conditions which employees now enjoy, receive or possess as employees of the Employer shall continue to be enjoyed and possessed insofar as they are consistent with this Agreement but may be modified by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union.

  • Other Group Benefits 7.4.1 Payments towards benefit plans by the Employer shall permit it to retain and not pass on to teachers, any rebates of premiums otherwise required under Canada Employment and Immigration Commission (previously Unemployment Insurance Commission) regulations.

  • Sponsorship Benefits 3.1 INREV agrees to grant the Sponsor the above chosen and described sponsorship benefits.

  • Pay and Benefits A. The Agency shall continue to pay salary and benefits which includes pension contribution, insurance and paid leave time consistent with what they earned before their appointment. Employees appointed as a Contract Specialist shall not be eligible for reimbursement for uniforms, boots or other ancillary items while serving as a Contract Specialist the specifics which will be noted in the employee’s Contract Specialist agreement.

  • Post-Termination Obligations All payments and benefits to Executive under this Agreement shall be subject to Executive's compliance with this Section 9 for one (1) full year after the earlier of the expiration of this Agreement or termination of Executive's employment with the Holding Company. Executive shall, upon reasonable notice, furnish such information and assistance to the Holding Company as may reasonably be required by the Holding Company in connection with any litigation in which it or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is, or may become, a party.
