Common use of Sponsoring Implementer Clause in Contracts

Sponsoring Implementer. The entity that is a party to the Carequality Connected Agreement and is ensuring that these Carequality Connection Terms are legally binding on Organization, either directly through contract or some other appropriate relationship with Organization, or by relying on one or more intermediaries. This term is used to distinguish this specific entity from other Implementers, and applies to that entity both during the period in which it is seeking to attain Implementer status, and after it is accepted as an Implementer.
