Sponsorship Amount. Subject always to the Event Holder complying with its obligations under this Agreement to the satisfaction of Tourism Western Australia, Tourism Western Australia will pay to the Event Holder the Sponsorship Amount within 30 days after both:
(i) the relevant Milestone being achieved; and
(ii) Tourism Western Australia being notified in writing by the Event Holder that the Milestone has been achieved by the Event Holder (together with all relevant documentary evidence). Despite anything expressed or implied to the contrary in this Agreement, whilst the Event Holder is in breach of this Agreement, Tourism Western Australia may suspend the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
Sponsorship Amount. Within 30 days of this Agreement or before the start of the first Sponsored WordCamp, whichever is sooner, the Sponsor agrees to pay ($ ) to WPCS (the “Sponsorship”).
Sponsorship Amount. 2.1 The sponsor agrees to pay a sponsorship fee of £000 to the society, in return for the benefits laid out in this agreement.
2.2 The society will invoice the sponsor at the following address: address. Or - The sponsor agrees to pay the above fee by bank transfer/ online payment by this DATE.
2.3 If the fee is not paid by this time the society has the right to delay all benefits until such time the fee is settled.
2.4 The society acknowledges and confirms that unless explicitly written in this agreement, the sponsor will not be liable for any additional cost other than the sponsorship fee.
Sponsorship Amount. (a) Subject always to the Event Holder complying with its obligations under this Agreement, including Special Conditions, to the satisfaction of the Department, the Department will pay to the Event Holder the Sponsorship Amount at the times and in the instalments as set out in Schedule 2 within 30 days after both:
(i) the relevant Milestone being achieved; and
(ii) the Department being notified in writing by the Event Holder that the Milestone has been achieved by the Event Holder (together with all relevant documentary evidence).
(b) Despite anything expressed or implied to the contrary in this Agreement, whilst the Event Holder is in breach of this Agreement, the Department may suspend the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
Sponsorship Amount. Within 30 days of this Agreement or before the start of the event, whichever is sooner, the Sponsor agrees to pay $4000 to Company (the “Sponsorship”).
Sponsorship Amount. It is agreed that the sponsorship for this Agreement shall be [AMOUNT PAID BY SPONSOR].
Sponsorship Amount. The Amount paid by Sponsor for the sponsorship rights and privileges granted to Sponsor pursuant to this Agreement and for the Term of the Agreement shall be Nineteen Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Four and No/100 Dollars ($19,334.00) (“Sponsorship Fee”). Said amount shall be paid by Sponsor upon execution of this Agreement by the Parties.

Sponsorship Amount. Sponsor will make a one-time contribution of Eighty- Thousand and NO/100 Dollars ($80,000.00) to the City. In recognition of its contribution, Sponsor is hereby granted sponsorship rights and privileges pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Sponsor shall make said contribution to the City upon execution of this Agreement by the Parties.
