Sponsorship Fee. 4.1 In consideration of the Sponsorship Rights granted to the Sponsor, the Sponsor shall pay the Organiser the fee specified in section 12 of Schedule 1 which shall be the Sponsorship Fee, payable in the amount(s) and on the date(s) set out in section 12 of Schedule 1.
4.2 Without prejudice to the other rights of the Sponsor under this agreement unless specified to the contrary in section 12 of Schedule 1 the Sponsorship Fee shall not be refundable by the Organiser under any circumstances.
4.3 All sums payable under this agreement are exclusive of any VAT that may be payable.
4.4 If the Sponsor fails to make any payment due to the Organiser under this agreement by the due date for payment, then, without limiting the Organiser’s remedies under clause 16, the Sponsor shall pay interest on the overdue sum from the due date until payment of the overdue sum, whether before or after judgment. Interest under this clause will accrue each day at 8% a year above the base lending rate of HSBC Bank plc from time to time.
4.5 All amounts due under this agreement shall be paid by the Sponsor to the Organiser in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding (other than any deduction or withholding of tax as required by law in which event the Sponsor shall gross-up any such payment so that the Organiser receives an amount equal to the sum due net of such deduction).
Sponsorship Fee. The Sponsor shall pay to Racing a sponsorship fee in the amount of $750,000.00 for the term of this Agreement, payable in an initial installment payable on or before February 1, 2010 in the amount of $350,000.00 and ten installments of $40,000.00 on or before the first day of each month commencing March 1, 2010 and ending with the installment due on December 1, 2010 (unless this Agreement is sooner terminated pursuant to Section 14 hereof, in which case Sponsor shall have no obligation to make any payments after the date of termination).
Sponsorship Fee. 5.1 In consideration of us providing the Sponsorship Rights, you shall pay to us the Sponsorship Fee (as set out on the Front Sheet) in accordance with the Payment Schedule (as set out on the Front Sheet).
5.2 If the Sponsorship Fee is not received by us when due, we reserve the right not to supply, or cease to supply, any or all of the Sponsorship Rights. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not be permitted entry to the Event unless full payment has been received by us.
5.3 The Sponsorship Fee is exclusive of any applicable VAT and bank charges (including without limitation any sender’s fees for making international payments) which shall be paid by you at the rate from time to time in force.
Sponsorship Fee. 4.1 In consideration of the Sponsorship Rights granted to the Sponsor, the Sponsor shall pay the Organiser (or the Organiser’s designated agent, as the case may be) the Sponsorship Fee, payable on the date(s) set out in the Order Form.
4.2 All amounts payable to the Organiser under this Agreement are to be paid free and clear of currency control restrictions, bank charges, fees, duties or other transactional costs, the payment of which shall be the sole responsibility of the Sponsor.
4.3 No deductions may be made from, nor purported right of set-off exercised in relation to the Sponsorship Fee.
Sponsorship Fee. Sponsor shall pay the Sponsorship Fee to TAB in the manner specified in this Agreement.
Sponsorship Fee. The total Sponsorship Fee, as such term is defined in Exhibit A, for the Sponsorship Rights and the schedule of payments of the Sponsorship Fee shall be as set forth in Exhibit A hereto.
Sponsorship Fee. 2.1 The Sponsor will pay DFW-CAI the Sponsorship Fee. DFW-CAI will issue an invoice for the Sponsorship Fee to the Sponsor at the time the Sponsor agrees to purchase the sponsorship, unless payment is received with the sponsor order. The Sponsor must pay the Sponsorship Fee within 30 days of the date of the invoice from CAI regardless of the date of the event(s) being sponsored.
Sponsorship Fee. No later than , 20 , Sponsor will pay to Art Center $ as a Sponsorship Fee. The Sponsorship Fee will cover expenses of the Project, including, but not limited to, supplies, materials, faculty, guest lectures, and documentation. Any funds remaining from the Sponsorship Fee after the completion of the Project may be used by Art Center for any purpose at the sole discretion of Art Center.
Sponsorship Fee. Subject to the provisions of this agreement and to the Recipient performing its obligations, the Sponsor agrees to pay a sponsorship fee of [£amount] (excluding VAT) (“the Fee”) for the term of this agreement [3.1].
