Sponsorship Contribution. In exchange for the Sponsorship Rights to be provided to Sponsor during the Term, Sponsor shall pay a fee (“Sponsorship Contribution”) payable on the Commencement Date. All amounts payable to PressPad under this Agreement are to be paid free and clear of currency control restrictions, bank charges, fees, duties or other transactional costs.
