Sports and Recreation Facilities. a. Attendees over 21 years of age may consume alcoholic beverages on the sports or recreation facility premises, so long as it is purchased at the facility from an authorized and licensed on–premises concessionaires during the sports or recreation event, and is contained in paper or plastic containers. Appropriate ID is required of all persons consuming alcoholic beverages. b. Consumption shall be limited to a reasonable amount and may be curtailed at any time by a concession, food service, or institution representative. c. No alcoholic beverage may be carried onto or taken from the premises by any individual.
