SPOUSAL/SAME-SEX DOMESTIC PARTNER HIRES. 1. Consideration of spousal/same sex domestic partner hiring issues should occur only at the initiative of the selected candidate for recruitment or retention and with the approval of the Xxxx(s) of the affected college(s) and Xxxxxxx, and notice to the President of the BGSU-FA, or designee. In order for a candidate’s same sex domestic partner to be considered for employment, the candidate must complete an Affidavit of Same Sex Domestic Partnership for Benefits. 2.
