Spouses and Children’s Pension Scheme. Where a staff member had previously opted out of the Spouses and Children’s Scheme and is not a current member of the Scheme, s/he will remain a non-member of the Scheme on transfer to another Public Service or Civil Service body under these redeployment arrangements. Equally where a staff member is a current member of the Spouses and Children’s Scheme, s/he will continue to be a member of the Scheme on transfer to another Public Service or Civil Service body under these arrangements.
