Sprint listed on Company’s Website. Dependent upon Company’s receipt of required information being received in a timely fashion, Company will, within ten (10) days of the Commercial Launch Date, feature Sprint on Company’s web site. Information to be included in such posting will include, but is not limited to: Sprint logo and/or the Sprint Compatible logo and a link to the Sprint commercial web site, currently located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx. Company will treat Sprint no less prominently than other wireless carriers, other wireless service providers or wireless device manufacturers/providers.

  • Website E-bidders are responsible to identify the property properly and to ensure that the details and description of the Property are correct and accurate before bidding.

  • Stock Exchange De-listing Prior to the Closing Date, the Company shall cooperate with Parent and use reasonable best efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all actions, and do or cause to be done all things, reasonably necessary, proper or advisable on its part under applicable Laws and rules and policies of the NYSE to enable the delisting by the Surviving Corporation of the Shares from the NYSE and the deregistration of the Shares under the Exchange Act as promptly as practicable after the Effective Time.
