Shares Listed on Trading Market. The Shares shall have been listed and admitted and authorized for trading on the Trading Market, and satisfactory evidence of such actions shall have been provided to the Manager.
Shares Listed on Trading Market. The Shares shall have either been (i) listed and admitted and authorized for trading on the Trading Market and, to the extent applicable, the TSX and satisfactory evidence of such actions shall have been provided to the Manager or (ii) approved for listing, subject only to notice of issuance, on the Trading Market, or, to the extent applicable, the TSX, subject only to customary terms and conditions of the TSX.
Shares Listed on Trading Market. The Shares shall have been listed and admitted and authorized for trading on the Trading Market, and satisfactory evidence of such actions shall have been provided to the Manager, provided, however, at the Execution Time and for a reasonable period following such Execution Time, this Section 6(h) shall be satisfied if the Company shall have filed an application for listing of the Shares on the Trading Market, and satisfactory evidence of such actions shall have been provided to the Manager.
Shares Listed on Trading Market. Notification of the offer and sale of the Shares under this Agreement shall have been provided to the Trading Market, and satisfactory evidence of such notification shall have been provided to the Manager.
Shares Listed on Trading Market. The Company shall have submitted the Listing of Additional Shares Notification Form for the Shares being offered under this Agreement to the Trading Market, and the Trading Market shall not have raised any objection to the submission prior to each Settlement Date and Time of Delivery.
Shares Listed on Trading Market. The Shares shall have been listed and admitted and authorized for trading on the Trading Market and the TSX, and satisfactory evidence of such actions shall have been provided to the Manager.
Shares Listed on Trading Market. The Shares shall either have been (i) approved for listing on the Trading Market, subject only to notice of issuance, or (ii) the Company shall have filed an application for listing of the Shares on the Trading Market at, or prior to, the issuance of any Sales Notice.
Shares Listed on Trading Market. The Shares shall have been listed and admitted and authorized for trading on the Trading Market, and satisfactory evidence of such actions shall have been provided to the Manager. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Common Stock is delisted from the Trading Market or the trading of the Common Stock on the Trading Market has been suspended between the Applicable Time and any Settlement Date or Time of Delivery, as applicable, such sales may be cancelled by the Manager in its sole discretion.
Shares Listed on Trading Market. The Shares shall have been listed and admitted and authorized for trading on the Trading Market, and satisfactory evidence of such actions shall have been provided to the Manager. If any of the conditions specified in this Section 6 shall not have been fulfilled when and as provided in this Agreement, or if any of the opinions and certificates mentioned above or elsewhere in this Agreement shall not be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Manager and counsel for the Manager, this Agreement and all obligations of the Manager hereunder may be canceled at, or at any time prior to, any Settlement Date or Time of Delivery, as applicable, by the Manager. Notice of such cancellation shall promptly be given to the Company in writing or by telephone and confirmed in writing by email. The documents required to be delivered by this Section 6 shall be delivered to the office of Exxxxxxx Gxxxxxxx & Schole LLP, counsel for the Manager, at 1000 Xxxxxx xx xxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, email: cxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx, on each such date as provided in this Agreement.
Shares Listed on Trading Market. The Trading Market and TSXV shall have been notified of the offering of the Shares, and satisfactory evidence of such actions shall have been provided to the Manager.
