STABILITY OF AGREEMENT. 1. No amendment, alteration, or variation of the terms or provisions of the Agreement shall bind the Parties hereto unless made and executed in writing and agreed to by both Parties. 2. To provide a clear understanding of the contents of the Agreement, the Town agrees to provide sufficient copies of the Agreement to a Union representative for distribution to each member of the local.
