Stability Testing. Emergent shall perform ongoing stability testing program services related specifically to the Products, as described in Section 3.6 of the Quality Agreement, subject to Aptevo’s timely payment of the applicable fees for such services outlined on Schedule A. From time to time, Aptevo may reasonably request that Emergent revise its stability testing program for the Products, in which case the Parties shall negotiate in good faith with according adjustments to the pricing for such services outlined on Schedule A. Any such changes shall be agreed by both Parties in writing before becoming effective.
