StadCo Exclusive Rights to Events. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the other Project Documents, StadCo shall have the sole and exclusive right to exhibit any and all events at the Premises to the extent such events are not prohibited by Applicable Law and, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the other Project Documents, to retain all revenues therefrom while this Agreement is in effect.
