Contractor acknowledges that the LEA is required to report all monies paid under this agreement to the county office of education or other public agencies as required. d) Contractor must notify agent(s), officer(s) or employee(s) of this requirement. e) ▇▇▇ is not liable for individual penalties if CONTRACTOR’S agent(s), officer(s) or employee(s) exceeds a retirement system’s earnings limitation and is reinstated to employment or required to repay retirement benefits. f) CONTRACTOR may be held liable for penalties levied on LEA due to non-compliance with reporting provisions outlined above.
