Common use of Staff Availability Clause in Contracts

Staff Availability. Each Party shall make its employees, consultants, subcontractors engaged in the Program reasonably available upon reasonable notice during normal business hours at their respective places of employment to consult with the other Party on issues arising during the Program and in connection with any request from any regulatory agency, including those relating to regulatory, scientific, and technical issues.

Each Party party shall make its employees, consultants, subcontractors and investigative sites engaged in the Research Program reasonably and the Development Program or serving on any committee available upon reasonable notice during normal business hours at their respective places of employment to consult with the other Party party on issues arising during the Research Program and the Development Program and in connection with any request from any regulatory agency, including those relating to regulatory, scientific, technical and technical clinical testing issues.
