Subject to all applicable laws and regulations, Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that no employee will perform services hereunder while under the influence of any alcoholic beverage, medication, narcotic, or other substance, which might reasonably, or have been observed to, impair such person’s physical or mental performance.
