Common use of STAFF PERFORMANCE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE Clause in Contracts

STAFF PERFORMANCE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE. Contractor must use reasonable efforts to ensure that no employee of Contractor or its Subcontractors performs Services under this Contract while under the influence of any alcoholic beverage, medication, narcotic, or other substance which might impair the employee's physical or mental performance.
