Job related assault shall be defined as any physical attack upon an employee which takes place during the workday, at a school-sponsored event, while performing work-related duties at the work site, or at any other time as a result of the employee's performance of work-related duties. Inappropriate acts/behaviors directed toward EEA staff, as a result of their employment with the Xxxxxxx School District, whether occurring on or off school premises, shall be subject to building/district level investigation and may result in disciplinary or other appropriate action toward the perpetrator, as determined by the District.
