Common use of Staff Rooms and Facilities Clause in Contracts

Staff Rooms and Facilities. The University and the Union agree that existing staff rooms and facilities will continue to be maintained at the present level of service for the term of this agreement. If existing staff rooms and facilities are required for other purposes because of space requirements, comparable facilities will be made available before such existing staff rooms or facilities are used for other purposes. The University will ensure that the need for staff facilities will be considered in the design of new buildings and additions.
