Staffing Changes. The Brevard Public School District (Florida First Start Program) shall submit written notification within five (5) business days of changes in key staff and/or changes in the organization that would adversely affect the provision of services outlined in the contract. If the program manager position is vacant the Brevard Public School district (Florida First Start) shall immediately notify the Coalition of the identity of the person who is assuming the responsibilities of that position during the vacancy. Once the position is permanently filled, the Coalition shall be notified in writing of the identity and qualifications of the incumbent.
