Staffing Changes. The Parties acknowledge that it is in the best interests of the Agreement to maintain the same individuals in their roles for the duration of the Agreement, to the extent possible. NYS retains the right in its reasonable discretion to request replacement of any Contractor key employees assigned from this Agreement at any time. If the Contractor wishes to replace any key employees assigned from the Agreement prior to commencement of his or her assignment or during his or her assignment period (Contract Period), the Contractor shall first, before proceeding with such replacement, notify the State and present the State with information about the replacement, Contractor key employees.
