Extent of Responsibility The Construction Manager shall exercise reasonable care in preparing schedules and estimates. The Construction Manager is not required to ascertain that the Drawings and Specifications are in accordance with applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations, or lawful orders of public authorities, but the Construction Manager shall promptly report to the Architect and Owner any nonconformity discovered by or made known to the Construction Manager as a request for information in such form as the Architect may require.
Electronic Posting of Notice of Intended Award Based on the evaluation, on the date indicated in the Timeline of Events the Department shall electronically post a Notice of Intended Award on the VBS and the MFMP Sourcing website for review by interested parties at the time and location specified in the Timeline of Events. The Notice of Intended Award shall remain posted for a period of seventy-two (72) hours, not including weekends or State observed holidays. If the notice of award is delayed, in lieu of posting the notice of intended award the Department may post a notice of the delay and a revised date for posting the notice of intended award.
Acceptance of Responsibility x. Defendant has clearly demonstrated a recognition and affirmative acceptance of personal responsibility for his criminal conduct. If the government does not receive additional evidence in conflict with this provision, and if defendant continues to accept responsibility for his actions within the meaning of Guideline § 3E1.1(a), including by furnishing the United States Attorney’s Office and the Probation Office with all requested financial information relevant to his ability to satisfy any fine or restitution that may be imposed in this case, a two-level reduction in the offense level is appropriate.
Collocation Transfer of Responsibility Collocation Transfer of Responsibility is the transfer of a Collocation site from vacating CLEC (current CLEC leasing the space in the Premises) to an assuming CLEC.
