Staffing Plans. Each department shall develop a staffing level plan for their department. Employees shall have the opportunity to have input into the development of the plan. Safety concerns for staff and patients shall be considered in the development and implementation of the plan. Staffing plans shall be communicated as needed, but at least quarterly.
