A patient acuity and workload intensity tool is to be agreed upon by UBNPC consensus, and included with the staffing plan submission. 3. The Employer will maintain appropriate staffing levels on each unit, supported by the acuity and intensity outlined in Section 6.17.1(2), for the duration of the shift.
