STAFFING REQUIREMENTS AND EXPENSES. (a) The Permittee shall, to the extent required by applicable law or policy, maintain a main studio within the Station's City of License and have it staffed as required by FCC rules and policies. The Permittee shall be responsible for the payment of salaries, taxes, insurance and related costs of Station personnel, including managerial staff, at such main studio, subject to any reimbursement by Manager as provided under Section 1.4 of this Agreement.
