Common use of Staffing Clause in Contracts

Staffing. A. CONTRACTOR shall provide effective administrative management of the budget, staffing, recording, and reporting portion of the agreement with the COUNTY. If administrative responsibilities are delegated to subcontractors, the CONTRACTOR must ensure that any subcontractor(s) possess the qualifications and capacity to perform all delegated responsibilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
